The staff was helpful. I appreciated that they had a bag drop off before check in, it was very convenient. The location was also great, I could easily walk to many places.
The bathroom needed an update. There was noise from the pub below, it could bother people who sleep early. The stairs were difficult if you have mobility issues. They were steep.

i found the lack of a fridge in the room inconvenient. drinks were not cold. this was a drawback for storing personal items needing refrigeration.
